FamilyVacation to Miami and Key West Florida

Our last minute trip to Florida was wonderful. Weather was great. Andrew loved the beach and the sand. I loved the beach (except for my foot brace considering everyone stared). Ryan liked the beach but isn't a huge fan of the salty water, but he de love family time and relaxing. Overall it was a wonderful trip...
Spent the first days in the Everglades.....

Spent 3 days in Key West.....

In Key West Ryan officiated Liz and Dougs wedding....

And spent the last 2 in Miami(which had more beautiful beaches than Key West)...

Random travel pitures....

20 months of Pure Joy

What a little rascle our little boy is. He is so spunky and energetic it is hard to keep up with him especially because of my fractured foot. His listening has not been as obidient as in the past for he likes to go where he wants to go, when he wants to go. Like following the kids that were walking down the street or getting that "rock" from the neighbors yard.

In the last month his vocabulary has boomed. He is repeating words without me asking him too. He still confusses everyone by saying "book" for dog. We think he is trying to say "bark." Also, his dog Max, which we call "Mac" sometimes sounds like "muck" which is milk. As parents we can understand him but it can be confussing. Although when asked a question he does respond clearly with a "no" or a "yeah."

Here are his words:

Contratulations Liz and Doug

Our friend got married in Key West and we were there! Ryan officiated the wedding and everything turned out so nice. Liz looked so pretty and they enjoyed their time too!

A generation passes on...

Oma (Ryan's Great-Grandma...who is Ryan's Dad's, Mom's, Mom) who was 95 passed away today. She was very special to all of us and we will miss her dearly.

This picture was taken last summer...it is 5 generations...Oma is on the right hand side.

My fish died.

These pictures were taken before our vacation considering the little fish was not doing well (maybe it is because Andrew liked the feed the fish everyday and he only needed to be fed every 3-4 days). Needless to say, the fish took a spiral down the toilet 2 days after we left for FL. Andrew hasn't quite figured out that there is "NO MORE FISH" and someday soon we will get him a replacement.

Me in Dad's hat and me "organizing" my moms wallet!
